Vacation Rental Description

Talmont Retreat is a lovely, light and spacious newly built 4  
bedroom 3 bathroom home that sleeps 8. This well maintained home is  
located in the peaceful Talmont Estates neighborhood, behind  
Sunnyside on the West Shore, a 5 to 10 minute drive from Tahoe City,  
and short walk to Paige Meadows cross country skiing trails.  
The downstairs area has two bedrooms, one with its own TV, each room  
has Queen Beds. The furnishing are traditional Tahoe style, with  
cozy comforters. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with  
forested views, and spacious wardrobes, and new hardwood floors  
throughout. The share the immaculate new full bathroom with top  
quality appliances and shower/tub combo. The downstairs has a family  
area, too.  
The upper level is where the 2 main living areas are. The sitting  
room, like all of the upstairs area has wonderful high ceilings and  
enormous double paned windows, to let in all the sunshire that Lake  
Tahoe is known for. Once again, there are new hardwood floors,  
knotty pine ceilings, a gorgeous gas fireplace, TV and stero. The  
comfortable new loveseat converts into a twin bed. 
The second living space once again, spacious and full of light and  
has a beautiful sunny 12 foot deck.There is an incredibly comforable  
brand new sectional sofa, a dining table for 8 people and beautiful  
new rugs in living room and sitting room. Two fireplaces adds to the  
geneeral coziness of the home, and the large screen television, with  
DVD player and VCR is sure to make it a popular place to relax after  
a day of hiking, skiing and cross country skiing. The Tahoe  
decorative theme is also continues into this room, with some  
fabulous painting of our inquisitive "local bears" on the freshly  
painted walls. 
The kitchen at is Retreat is exquisite. It features gorgeious new  
marble couter tops, ceramic stove top, full size over and  
refrigertor, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and plenty of  
storage and counter top space. Complimented by lovely views of the  
surrounging woods, it surely is a pleasure to cook in.  
The 3rd bedroom on the upper level also features a Queen Bed, as  
does the gorgeous 4th bedroom, described as the master. Once again,  
the master features peaceful wooded views, hardwood floors, knotty  
pine, redwood traditional mountain style furnishings. It also has  
plenty of closet space, a flat TV and its own ensuite bathroom.  
Upstairs also conveniently features a laundry room, with Maytag  
washer and dryer. Speaking of convenince, the home also has two car  
garage, and additional parking space for 4 more cars. (Total parking  
for up 6 cars is a rare commodity in Tahoe especially handy during  
the winter when curbside parking is ittegal).  
Talmont Retreat truly is a luxurious home, perfect for those looking  
to relax in comfort and style after a day of fun with friends and  
family, and enjoy the pease and quiet of Lake Tahoe. Note: all  
bedrooms have queen size beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1950/week, including snow removal, cleaning, & linens. 
 
Additional $450/week for the following holiday weeks:  Christmas,  
Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving 
 
Please call for New Year's rates. 
 
50% of rent is due with the rental agreement to reserve your dates. 
 
Balance of rent plus $700. security deposit is due 30 days before  
check in.
