For those guests who would like a bit more than a home to spend their vacation time.....we offer a
retreat. Come and enjoy this spacious home just two blocks from beautiful Redondo Beach. Enjoy a
morning stroll to the beach and views from Palos Verdes to Mailbu. Complete your walk with a stroll
through Riveria Village and of course a beverage from your favorite coffee shop. Don't forget to
make your dinner plans in one of the many cafes in the village, or BBQ in the privacy of your own
courtyard.

Crisp clean design offers a fun beach element with an elegant zing - - on the first floor you will
find the living room, dining room and kitchen. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxed beach
living. The living room has French doors which open to the beautiful walled and private courtyard.
The kitchen boasts a ten foot black granite island, stainless steel commerical refrigerator and
freezer, two sinks and bosch dishwasher. Hardwood floors are throughout the first level.

Upstairs is a bright and peaceful living room. It has 11 foot ceiling and a spacious layout. Up
two steps from the living room is a TV area to lounge and relax. The 4 bedrooms are located on the
2nd floor.

The master bedroom is bright and relaxing. The private bath is spa-like in its feel with tumbled
marble, his and her sinks with marble tops and cherry bases, spa tub and seperate shower with
framless glass doors.

The additional three bedrooms are fun and charming with tasteful decorating. The second bath
upstairs has been beautifully remodeled with a pedestal sink, tumbled marble and glass tiles.

The outdoor courtyard will allow you a place to relax after a days adventure. Enjoy a BBQ and al
fresco dining almost anytime of the year.

Redondo Beach is also on the wonderul beach bike path which goes to Santa Monica. Pack a lunch and
take your bike along the 15 mile paved trail (or enjoy an outdoor cafe along the way).

Conveniently located this home allows you to enjoy a day trip at Disney Land or Hollywood, the LA
Zoo, Santa Monica, Univeral Studios or the Getty Museum.
