North Padre Island.  1,600 sq. ft. of living space. Also features a 
bonus room with a queen sofa bed.  This 3 year old, two story town 
home has tile floors downstairs and carpeted bedrooms upstairs.  All 
baths and the kitchen counter tops are nicely tiled also. All 
stainless appliances in a very spacious kitchen.  Has an in house 
laundry room with washer and dryer.   
Private fenced patio has gas grill. The complex is only 6 large giving 
it a quiet more stress free feel.  The lovely pool, deck and boat 
slips are shared.  The pool and deck sit facing a huge canal that has 
access by boat to the Gulf of Mexico via the new Packery Channel.   
This town home is fully stocked with all linens, dish ware, cook ware, 
coffee maker, blender, and many other conveniences of home.  So close 
to the beach you can walk there in just minutes.  Also nearby are area 
entertainment, shopping, dining, fishing, boating.  Great location!
