activity. Or, stay at the condo and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the river off of your 3rd floor 
balconies. This condo overlooks the dam (on one side), which is a special amenity in itself! You can 
walk along the dam or just sit and gaze out over it. Not all condo's have this special site view! 
Sunsets in the evenings from this condo are breathtaking as well as wathching the Eagles soar during 
the daylight hours!

Nightly rental $275.00 ... (minimum 4 nights)
Monthly and weekly rates available Oct - May. Check for rates
Deposit to hold reservation and security, refundables
Cleaning fee of $150.00, non refundable
