for the renters cars! With over 2,500 square feet of beautifully
decorated living space it is hard to imagine staying in any other
rental property. The home will easily sleep 12-14 people and the
living area gives plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen after
a full day of relaxation in the sun. There is a master suite with
jacuzzi tub and walk in glass shower that allows you
wonderful private views of the lake. The two bedrooms downstairs
share a gorgeous bathroom complete with tub/shower. Upstairs sleeps
6 with two queen beds, futon, and second family room-great for
entertaining kids.
Not only is the inside beautiful, but there is so much more outside.
The large deck allows you two different levels to enjoy the sunsets,
while listening to the water run over the waterfall into the
fish pond in the front yard. There is a beach area by the water for
the children to play or adults to sit and sip cocktails while the
sun goes down. If this is not enough there is a complete tiki bar
addressed as the "crows nest". The deck and backyard are fenced with
gate, making this one acre lot extremely kid friendly.
Make sure to take the boat to "Party Island" to enjoy great
swimming, strike up a game of volleyball on local courts, and meet
new friends.

Upon booking rental dates a $500 refundable deposit is due to hold
the date. Two months prior to the move in date half of the rent is
due. At point in time the reservation may be cancelled and you will
be refunded your $500 deposit. After the two month point the deposit
will be kept in full. Two weeks prior to your vacation the remainder
is due. If the property is left the way it was upon arrival the
$250 will be refunded to you.
