Vacation Rental Description

This is  a one of a kind vacation rental.  Located on one of 
the most private lots on Gun Lake this is a for sure vacation 
pleaser.Gun Lake is an all sports lake and one of the largest inland 
lakes in Michigan. This gorgeous lake is sure to become a favorite 
vaction spot if not already. 

This one acre lot is located on a dead end street with woods for 
neighbors on one side.Located just down the road from a convenience 
store, pizza place, ice cream store, and movie rental store.Making 
it a private yet convenient location.There is plenty of parking in 
the circle drive for entertaining and an attached three stall garage 
for the renters cars! With over 2,500 square feet of beautifully 
decorated living space it is hard to imagine staying in any other 
rental property. The home will easily sleep 10-12 people and the 
living area gives plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen after 
a full day of relaxation in the sun. There is a master suite with 
walk in closet,jacuzzi tub and walk in glass shower that allows you 
wonderful private views of the lake. The two bedrooms downstairs 
share a gorgeous bathroom complete with tub/shower. Upstairs sleeps 
4 with two queen beds. 

Not only is the inside beautiful, but there is so much more outside. 
The large deck allows you two different levels to enjoy the sunsets 
on, while listening to the water run over the waterfall into the 
fish pond in the front yard.There is a beach area by the water for 
the children to play or adults to sit and sip cocktails while the 
sun goes down. If this is not enough there is a complete tiki bar 
addressed as the "crows nest". Words cannot explain this one,

There are no hidden fees, everything is included right down to the 
beach towels and this home is not furnished skimpy!!!!!!

October-May          To be negotiated

Upon booking rental dates a $250 refundable deposit is due to hold 
the date. Two months prior to the move in date half of the rent is 
due. At point in time the reservation may be cancelled and you will 
be refunded your $250 deposit. After the two month point the deposit 
will be kept in full. Two weeks prior to your vacation the remainder 
is due. If the property is left the way it was upon arrival the 
$250 will be refunded to you.
