Vacation Rental Description

Just seconds to beautiful New Smyrna Beach with immediate beach access directly across 
the street. Just a walk across A1A, this home is one of the closest rentals off New Smyrna.  
You couldn't be any closer to the beach unless you were on it! Enjoy your vacation in this  
quaint, refreshingly clean beach home. Relax to the sounds of the waves crashing while you  
rest. New Smyrna is a sleepy little town with much to do. It's simple downtown offers many  
shops, great restaurants, and an active night life. This town is safe and friendly. Locals  
enjoy surfing, fishing, and kayaking. Cute home is nicely decorated with a large livingroom  
that is fully open to the dining area. Kitchen window opens to bar top on a 20 foot enclosed  
back porch which overlooks Canary Island Palms and Australian Pines. Beach house has a garage  
with an additional driveway for RV or boat parking. Be sure to experience nearby Indian River  
at the northern end of Canaveral Seashore. Manatees and Dolphins are abundant near the Indian  
oyster shell mound. Daytona's lighthouse, the 2nd largest in the nation, can be seen at the  
north end of New Smyrna at the jetty's.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Home has 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, and an additional room with 1 single bed.  
It is fully furnished with linens and towels, and an outdoor shower. Laundry room  
and seperate outdoor bathroom access. Two beach cruiser bikes and two smaller bikes.  
Cable TV, phone, and central air conditioning. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave.  
Newly remodeled. Nice front porch to relax on. Nearby library has high speed internet  
access. In case of an emergency or a rare evacuation (hurricane season), owner offers  
a safe mother-in-law suite on mainland for all of our renters. Owners are local natives  
with vast knowledge of the state of Florida, which can be helpful for your travel plans.

Activities and Attractions

Daytona's water park, airport, and racetrack are just 20 minutes away. Travel to Kennedy  
Space Center in just 30 minutes. Disney area, Seaworld, and Universal Studios can be a day  
trip as they are only one hour away. Your maps should include nearby I95 and SR44. There  
are many nice golf courses, public tennis courts, and shuffleboards in the New Smyrna area  
and around. Casino cruises from Port Canaveral or Daytona with shuttle buses that run twice  
weekly. New Smyrna offers scenic discovery tours of the river and a water taxi that takes you  
up and down the river to some of the most scenic restaurants on the river. A must do! Our eco  
system is interesting and peaceful. Our beautiful downtown shops offer bicycle/surfboard/snork- 
ling rentals and many unique souvenir stores. There are many seafood restaurants and friendly  
pubs and eateries throughout this lovely town.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily Rates and additional day rates $125 
December-August  ... $700 weekly / $1100 bi-weekly / $1700 monthly 
September-November ... $600 weekly / $1,000 bi-weekly / $1500 monthly` 
Special events and holidays ... $850 weekly / $1800 monthly 
All rentals subject to 12.5% tourism tax and a $60/$75 cleaning fee. 
Refundable security deposit of $300.
