**** Incredible Views - beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains - no power lines!

**** Spacious layout, excellent for entertaining and relaxing - 4 bedrooms, 4 baths with a huge central living room opening to the pool and mountains and seperate TV area.

**** Private and Gated  - No Neighbors?  Yes, there are neighbors but you won't know once you're inside, it is walled and gated for privacy (no rooftops!).  Sometimes we do see the top of the Celebrity Tour bus - it's okay to wave.

**** Cool and fun outdoor living - there are 6 lounge chairs around the beautiful black bottom pool, outdoor table for 6 and outdoor bar area with a large BBQ and seating for 6.  The hot tub is located next to the pool. 

****  Beautiful evenings outside - sophisticated outdoor uplighting on the towering Palms gives our ome an incredible resort feel. 

The large living room offers a wall of windows to enjoy the outdoors and pool area, cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Monogram refrigerator, ice maker and other top-of-the-line GE appliances. Bedrooms consist of king, queen, queen and a king. Each bedroom has generous closets and their own bathroom.

With a large 1/3 acre lot, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature towering palm trees, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees, and a large grassy area -- all of which make this home feel like a resort. After the sun goes down, uplighting on the palms transport you to a own private resort.

All of the modern conveniences are at your finger tips from wireless internet to an outdoor stereo system to 3 DVDs to cable TV.
