This cozy beach cottage features three bedrooms, one bathroom, eat
in kitchen, family room, sun room,covered front porch, back patio
and inground pool. It is located within walking or biking distance
to the beach, Glimmer Glass, local restaurants, Manasquan town, and
train station.

This home features an outside shower and inground swimming pool.
Fully furnished and extreamly clean. Gas cooking, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, dishware & cookware, washer & dryer, cable
TV, VCR, stereo with CD player. Games and many books to enjoy
reading as you relax at the beach or by the pool. Gas grill,
outdoor shower, Central Air, ceiling fans.

Walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, train station, and town.
Enjoy outside movies at the Alkonquin theatre, Thursday night
fireworks and beach concerts. Just a short walk to Glimmer Glass
where you can launch your small boat, canoe, or kayak.
Outdoor activities are plentiful in this lovely shore community.
Manasquan inlet is known worldwide as one of the best surf breaks on
the East Coast. So wax up your board and head down to the inlet to
catch some waves. Enjoy long bike rides along Manasquan boardwalk or
bike path. Fishing is bountiful and home is withing walking
distance of Bogans Boat Basin where you can bring home dinner after
a half day or full day fishing trip aboard the Jamaica, Jamaica II,
or the Paramount. Take the Water Taxi on a sunset cruise across the
Manasquan River to Point Pleasant Beach Restaurants.
Home is a short drive to Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk where you
can enjoy beach front dining, games, and rides. Home is located

This beach cottage is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day
for $18,000 + electric and pool service. It will only be rented for
the whole summer season.
