in all rooms except kitchen, stereo, 3 DVD/CD players, brand new 
furnishings, cable, attractive art work, fold out couch and 2 
entertainment centers. Golf membership is transferable with a small 
fee. Unlimited access to clubhouse and all amenities, including 
computer room, fitness center, tiki bar, tennis and pool.
