One month minimum stay. 2 bedroom (maximum 4 occupants), 2 bath condo with great view of the ocean. Unit is 1316 square feet. Located on the second floor. Close proximity to stairwell and elevator. Newly remodeled kitchen with dishwasher  (new in June 2009) and garbage disposal. Refrigerator/freezer has automatic icemaker. Sliding glass doors to balcony from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Master bedroom has queen size pillow-top bed, walk in closet and private bath with large shower and travertine top double vanity. Master bath remodeled in June 2009.  Guest room has 2 new (Feb. 08) pillow-top twin beds. Guest bath remodeled in June 2009 - vanity has black granite top.  Unit is nicely furnished, including televisions in both bedrooms and a new 42" LCD TV in the Living room, as well as DVD player and VCR. Dining room has table and chairs for 4 along with a hutch. Ceiling fans in kitchen, living room and both bedrooms. You can see the ocean from the recliners in the Living Room or relax on the new queen size sleeper sofa or papasan chair (new in July 2009). Full size washer and dryer in the unit (new in June 2009). Balcony is 30 feet long and has a table, 3 chairs and 2 stools. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing! Complex has a large swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, small work-out room and a car wash area. Private access to elevators, stairs, pool and boardwalk to beach. 1 block to grocery store and strip mall. Next to Fischer Park. Located 1.5 miles south of the Cocoa Beach pier.  No smoking in unit. No pets, regardless of size - no exceptions. Hurricane shutters on all windows. Weekly rentals not allowed per condominium association rules. Minimum rental period is one month.  All pictures taken in 2009.

Cocoa Beach is a great place for all kinds of activities. Watch the
space shuttle launch. The golf course less than 2 miles away.  Go surfing or boogey-boarding in the ocean. Kayak on the Banana River and see the manatees and dolphins. Walk on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Watch the sea turtles nesting in the sand. Cocoa Beach is 45 minutes from Orlando
International Airport and 10 minutes from Port Canaveral. Orlando
Theme Parks are one hour away. Condo is conveniently located across
the street from a Publix grocery store.
