discount off the standard rack rates that the Management company 
charges. Further, these rates are 15-20% less than comparable 
properties. The discounted rates are:
 
Spring/Summer/Fall 
(June 1st thru October 31st)
$190 per night

Winter 
(November 1st thru November 30th)
$250 per night
(December 1st thru April 14th)
$350 per night (Prime = Fri-Sat)
$250 per night (non-prime = Sun-Thu)
(April 15th thru May 31st)
$250 per night

$350 per night (Thanksgiving and Pre-Xmas week)
$300 per night (Easter Weeks)
$600 per night (Xmas week)
$500 per night (New Year's week and Presidents weekend)
$425 per night (MLK weekend and Presidents week)

- Rates are for up to 6 people.
- $80 booking/cleaning fee and 13% Town Transient tax will be added 
to total bill.
- 3 night minimum stay required for Holiday weekends
