ideally situated and has all new carpet, tile and paint. Updated eat-
in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you want and has all
appliances including full size washer and dryer.
Classic, traditional furniture (Baker, Thomasville), high quality
new furnishings (Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Cuisinart) and original
artwork (Biemann oil painting, framed Redoute florals) was selected
to make this a most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing home.

Grand Harbor Community:
Grand Harbor may be considered Vero Beach's most enviable resort-
style living. A beautiful security gated waterfront and golf community

Two championship golf courses offer challenge and fun on every hole;
Joe Lee's River Course along the Intracoastal Waterway is a Par 72,
6,729-yard (championship tees), with a slope of 138 and a rating of
72.7. The signature 14th hole is a par 5,593 yard, three island
hole. Bring your A-game! The Pete Dye Harbor Course (Par 71, 6,538
yard, slope 128, rating 71.8) features rolling fairways, blind
holes, and deep pot bunkers that provide beauty and challenge.
The tennis complex features ten lighted Har-Cru tennis courts including
two stadium courts, a professional teaching staff, and plenty of
tournaments and clinics.
The beautiful Grand Harbor Clubhouse, within walking distance, has

Grand Harbor's Private Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean has beach
chairs with umbrellas where you can soak in the sun, play in the
waves or join the beach walkers and fishermen. It also features an
oversized heated fresh-water swimming pool surrounded by a sun-
drenched deck and shaded cabanas, an outdoor bar and grill, and
informal dining room.
Situated on the Indian River midway between the Sebastian and Fort
Pierce inlets, the 126-slip Grand Harbor Marina can accomodate
vessels up to 75 feet in length. Even non boat owners can enjoy the
beauty of the harbor on a stimulating walk or casual stroll.
The temporary transfer of our Grand Harbor Club Golf & Tennis membership
is available for the duration of you stay. Renter will pay
applicable transfer fee and all usage fees incurred.

Unpretentiously elegant, Vero Beach is a small city that has it all;
beautiful beaches, exciting golf, numerous restuarants, excellent
schools, a thriving art community and the spring training center for
the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Located in Indian River County between West Palm Beach and Orlando,
visitors can easily access Disneyworld, the Kennedy Space Center,
Sea World, or Daytona for a day trip.
Vero Beach is a peaceful haven from the frantic pace of many of
today's cities, a serene atmosphere for both active and passive
