private entrance) on Lake Winnebago in Neenah, WI. Less than 15
minutes from both Appleton and Oshkosh, WI. Large deck! Very large
kitchen. Master bedroom bath has jacuzzi tub.
Large front yard with swingset (children welcome).

Bring your snowmobile for winter fun on Lake Winnebago - ice
fishing as well.

*Two bedrooms each have a queen. One bedroom with twin bunkbeds.
Additionally there are two rollaway cots. Daybed with trundle in living room.

Rate after Labor Day Weekend to just before Memorial Day weekend: $125/night. Weekend ONLY: $275/weekend. Two night minimum.

Summer 2011 only accepting one month or longer stays at $1500 a month.

Summer: Memorial to Labor Day: $200/night; $1200 week. 5 night minimum

High-Season Nightly and Weekly: Five night minimum
Monthly: (rates are negotiable for monthly rentals)
$200 refundable damage deposit. Can accept credit card payments made
with Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
