on the fourth floor with an unforgettable ocean view. We have direct  
ocean access, just mere steps to Florida's most pristine beach,  
maintained as a no-drive section. 
 
Our condo is spacious, sleeping four to six persons comfortably, and  
each room is fully furnished with thoughtful details for your  
convenience and enjoyment. Professionally decorated rooms are filled  
with warm, comfortable furnishings with a quality that will remind  
you of home. 
 
Our condo has two bedrooms and two baths and an open, flowing floor  
plan. The rooms have been entirely remodeled with all the modern  
conveniences to ensure your complete comfort and pleasure. You will  
find state-of-the-art appliances, plush carpets, perfect linens,  
private laundry facilities, air conditioning, and a Jacuzzi tub  
among other luxurious things.

$500 deposit due at booking, this includes $200 to reserve unit and  
$300 damage deposit.*  Balance due upon arrival.  
 
Rental is subject to a 12.5% resort tax and a $75.00 cleaning fee. 
 
   - VISA and Mastercard (add 4% fee) or certified funds accepted  
   - Maximum occupancy is six persons.

   - Responsible party must be at least 25 years old staying in unit.
