The master bedroom has king size pillow top bed and 500 thread
count luxurious sateen linens. Guest Bedrooms have King beds and 3
drawer night stands for clothing.
Master suite has a fireplace ,walk in closet and private front and
back porches. Travertine and granite master and guest baths with
walk in shower and 2 jacuzzi tubs.
Cooks will enjoy a gourmet kitchen with professional cook top,
refrigerator and convection ovens. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker, dishes and cooking utensils. An outdoor spa with canyon & City views is available for
your enjoyment. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump. Heat pumps
work best when the air temperature is greater than 45 for the daily low and a
daily high of at least 65 degrees
