Flat-screen tv with high definition. We have free hi-speed internet access. Sea Woods is a peaceful beachside resort community with over 50 acres of naturally landscaped rolling dunes with nature trails winding throughout the property. Our condo is "first floor" (no stairs), a bright, spacious end unit, with 3 bedrooms (KING-SIZE bed) and 2 bathrooms - one bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The pool is only 100 feet in front of the condo and parking is very accessible - 10 steps right outside the front door . It is excellent for families and less than 700 paces to the no-drive beach/ocean via the boardwalk which provides easy access to the secluded no-drive beach. This beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by Florida Monthly Magazine. Also, New Smyrna Beach was named in the July issue of Surfer magazine as one of the Top Ten Surf Towns in North America.
