the family. The bedroom has a king-size bed. In the living room is a 
comfortable queen sleeper couch.  

Located on 69th Avenue, only one block west of famed Collins Avenue, 
you’ll be able to walk to Publix grocery store, shops, theatres, and 
a variety of restaurants.  

In addition, you’ll be just minutes from famous South Beach, the 
lovely Lincoln Road area, and the exclusive designer shops at Bal 
Harbour.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, A/C, cable TV (flat screens in living room and in bedroom), 
phone (free calls anywhere in the U.S.), high-speed wireless internet,

Weekly:  $700
Monthly:  $1,900 for one month
$1,800/mo. for longer leases
Exit cleaning fee:  $50 for short leases
Refundable Security Deposit:  $300 for leases of less than 1 month 
or negotiable for longer leases
$300-$500 deposit needed to reserve apartment
