Perfect little canal

My family enjoyed this stilt home very much. The quite canal provides the perfect get-away. However, the big river is short, natured filled boat ride. The house is quaint, clean and inviting. The area offers plenty of fun excursions. We just loved staying here and looked forward to renting again! By the way, the owners were simply pleasant and very accomodating.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Everything as advertised and more!

This property was everything that was advertised and more. We even had a resident blue heron that arrived every morning expecting us to fish for his breakfast. which of course we did!

The house was clean, comfortable, affordable and had everything we needed. We had a great time and definitely hope to return next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, sight seeing
