Geri's Dollar Point Retreat is a large 4 bedroom home with a den,
pool table game room, and hot tub. Location and size make this the
perfect place to enjoy a family or friend trip to Tahoe. Being 2
miles from Tahoe City, walking distance to the lake, and within 10
minutes to skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley, you're in the
mecca of the North Shore.

The house has an open floor plan with plenty of extra space.
As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a beautiful
petrified wood and slate fireplace that encompasses the entire wall.
A large leather queen sectional face the fireplace and entertainment
center. A slider exits out to a sunny deck overlooking the landscaped
yard. The dining are is open to the living room, and features a log
table with a round breakfast table next to the kitchen. Another
slider exits out to the landscaped yard with BBQ, and 7 person hot
tub. The kitchen boats stainless appliances, lots of counter and
cupboard space, and a 6 bar stools for quick meals at the counter.
A TV, entertainment room if off of this with a large flat screen TV,
poker table, and queen size futon couch. This room closes off to the
dining area making this private.
Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The first bedroom has a
pine log bedroom set that features an extra long twin size bed over a
queen size bed. The room is large and comfortable for both adults and
children. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the Master bedroom
features a California Kind size bed, enormous walk-
in wardrobe/closet with a bathroom that features a twin vanity, and
huge tiled shower. It truly is a fabulous bedroom, made even better
by its own large sun-room wrapped in pine and large open deck with
lake views. Both areas have cozy furniture to enjoy the sights and
sounds of the area.

Downstairs there is a mini Master with a queen size bed, private
bathroom with shower as well as cable TV.
Off the bedroom is a game room with pool table and windows looking
out to the private setting. Down the hall is a 2 car garage giving
your room to store your ski things.
This home will give you fond memories of Lake Tahoe and a great place
to enjoy it in.

Availability and Booking

Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%

Cleaning Fee: $250

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an
advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so
please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an
opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any
requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the
office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out
time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home
for our new guests.
