We love our quixotic, magical décor… you’ll find each bedroom unique and lots of little 
touches around the home. The Villa is light and spacious and there’s plenty of room for 
the entire family. A great place for a family reunion! The tropical gardens outside ensure 
privacy and some shade on the lanai where you can barbecue and enjoy cocktails or family 
fun. Enjoy!

Ocean View from the Master Bedroom
Sit out on the lanai in the Master Bedroom. Watch the ocean and the mountains of Kauai. 
You might also listen to the birds chattering in the nearby trees or gaze at the majestic 
Albatross as they glide effortlessly across the horizon. From November – April, you may be 
lucky enough to see the Albatross nesting – right here in the heart of Princeville.

We are located in the prestigious Princeville Resort Community on Kauai’s North shore. 
The Princeville Resort Hotel is just 2 minutes away with its restaurants, pool, shops and 
bars. There are shops & the necessities close by. You can be swimming in Queen Emma’s 
Bath in just a few minutes or at any of the gorgeous beaches nearby.

World Class Golf
For the golfing aficionados, we are right next to 2 world class golf courses, the Prince and 
the Makai. You can even walk in less than 5 minutes. You may have to stop the car driving 
down the road in Princeville to make way for golf carts. You might start the day with a 
game or go to the beach first and take in the sunset golf experience. And those ocean 
views!

Glorious North Shore Beaches
Kauai’s North Shore is home to the island’s most stunning beaches. From Hanalei Bay to 
Kee Beach, there’s just one gorgeous beach after another….including Lumahai (famous for 
Mitzi Gaynor singing “gonna wash that man right out of my hair” and Tunnels, where you 
can swim down and see the ancient tubes or “tunnels” carved by lava flow. Each beach is 
pristine and gorgeous. Hard to leave really!
