bedroom and two full size bathrooms with fans in every room!!A large  
balcony overlooks the heated pool and beach as you watch the most  
incredible sunsets!(Or the sunrise from the other side of the  
island!!!) 
 
   Located an hour from Tampa and two hours from Disney world.And,wi- 
fi internet available too. 
 
 
   Expect company? Beautiful pull-out sofa bed in living room sleeps  
two, plus washer and dryer IN the condo if you really want to... 
 
   Microwave, VCR, 3 cable TVs, DVD, CD, full linens, towels, dishes,  
you name it. All you need is your toothbrush and a few clothes. We've  
even got the beach chairs and beach toys for the kids! 
 
  And---You don't even need your car! Walk to ten restaurants, a  
fishing pier and stores in Key West-like setting in restored downtown  
Bradenton Beach. Or drive to famous St. Armand's Circle with shopping  
to rival anyplace! Plenty of golfing and  marina nearby, rent  
boats,scooters or go para-sailing for the more adventuresome! 
 
  This is a special unit in a ten unit building that we consider our  
second home. Decorated with a great Florida touch that has many  
guests returning year after year.Security door and locker downstairs.

December 1-April 30 $1495 week, $4950 month 
 
May-December $1095 Weekly $3850 month 
 
$70 cleaning fee plus 10 1/2% taxes; 20% deposit with 30 day  
cancellation notice required.All rentals require a $250 damage  
deposit. 
Pet fee $75
