bedrooms (a queen in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom)  
and 2 baths with new tile throughout, freshly painted, all new  
furnishings and newly renovated pool & deck.  Both bedroom sliders  
walk out to the porch with a relaxing oceanview, and 2 parking spots  
(one with a car port).

Activities and Attractions

This condo is 5 minutes from the quaint beach town area of Vero,  
with its numerous restaurants and chic shops. 
 
Vero Beach is home of the Dodgers' spring training ballpark, a 24  
screen movie theatre , the new Indian River Mall, and a large  
discount mall. Water activities (both in the ocean and Indian River)  
include boating, swimming, waterskiing and fishing. Sebastian and  
Fort Pierce inlets are nearby with excellent fishing from shore.  
Surf fishing is excellent all along the uncrowded coast. Deep sea  
fishing is available from Fort Pierce.  Kennedy Space center is 60  
minutes away and Disney is around 90 minutes away. 
 
Numerous golf courses are nearby. 
 
For cultural enthusiasts, the community is recognized for the Vero  
Beach Museum of Art and the Riverside Theatre.
