colors and brand new carpet throughout.
The condo is fully equipped with everything that you
would have at home. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush.
You can relax with a cold beverage by either pool and enjoy all
the comforts this wonderful vacation condo has to offer. Bask in the

If you want to go explore, Palm Harbor is a wonderfully kept
secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa which has Busch Gardens and
Adventure Island a fun water park with slides, wave pools and many
other exciting adventures! One and half hours from Orlando which
hosts all the Disney Parks and Seaworld which just opened a
fantastic new "Shamu: show!. You're 5 minutes from Tarpon Springs
one of the largest Greek communities in Florida, where you can enjoy
dinner, spong docks or a glass bottom boat ride. Clearwater Beach is
only a short drive to white sandy beaches that are known throughout
the United States. Just north is Weeki Wachee, home of the mermaid
show, a natural springs water park and canoe rentals. These natural
springs are home to the beautiful and friendly manatees, it's a
sight everyone should see at least once, but if you see it once...
you'll want to see these rare creatures again and again.
There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and
take it to the Sand Bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon Island where
you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins.

Deposits: $500 for the months of January, February, March and April
$200 for the months of May through December
Deposit is apllied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check in!
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
