Vacation Rental Description

Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, at the base of the magnificent Ko'olau Mountains, fronted by 
beautiful Kaneohe Bay:  This executive home is located accross the road from the Bay.  It is elevated which 
means there are Stunning, unforgetable views.  Located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac you can enjoy the 
peaceful enviroment.  To enhance the feel of the tropics this home abounds with vibrant color:  Rainforest 
green, Ocean blues and Sunrise yellow.  It has some great whimsical decor.  There is lots of large glass at the 
front of the house:  You can view the Bay from The kitchen, dining room, living room and two queen bedrooms.

Watch the magnificant sunrise, pink, orange and red,  from your rocker on the front porch.  In the evening, open 
up the house so the tradewinds can sweep gently over you.  Throw a steak on the Barbie and have fun in the 
jacuzzi.  Relax in the sunken living room and watch the regattas go by or be entertained with our flat screened 
TV, DVD, library and CD.  Internet access is provided.

We have three queen bedrooms.  The fourth bedroom is a "kids room".  It has bunk beds, with slide! video, 
library, nintendo with lots of games and a fussball table.  There is also a new pull out queen bed in this room for 
adults use.  We have "Sateen" sheets and cozy comforters and there is an individual air conditioning unit and 
cable TV in each bedroom.

The large kitchen is bright and very well stocked.  You can certainly cook for a crowd.  There is a breakfast bar 
for four people and the dining room seats up to eight.

Kitchen: Full Kitchen.  Dishwasher, oven, "Jenn Air"  range, refrigerator, ice maker. All china, glassware, cooking

Bedrooms: Three queen bedded room. Kids room with bunk beds and pull out queen bed.  Individual air 
conditioner for each room.  Cable TV in each room.
Entertainment: Flat screen TV. DVD Player. DVD library. Nintendo with lots of games.  Foosball table.  VCR. Video 
library. CD Player. Board games. Library.
Suitability: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome.

Fitness Center.  Restaurants. Movie theatres. Tennis, swiming pool, minature golf. Luaus, Water Park.

Kaneohe is serviced by three mian freeways: You can be at the airport, in Honolulu or Waikiki with-in twenty 
minutes.

Low season: $325. per night.  $2100. per week. $6500. per month.
High Season: $400. per night.  $2650. per week.  $8000. per month.
$500. refundable deposit.
$200. one time cleaning fee.
Checks and credit cards accepted.  US currency only.
50% due at time of booking.
Balance due 45 days in advance.
Low Season: March 1st to May 25th.  September 7th to December 15th.
High Season: May 26th to Septemmber 6th.  December 15th to February 29th
