Vacation Rental Description

Located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies( 5 minutes from Banff 
National Park), Canmore is filled with many stunning views and all 
kinds of activities. Our home backs onto  the Silver Tip champion 
golf course. It is a 5 minutes drive from downtown Canmore, 
providing you mountainside seclusion yet close enough to experience 
the joys of the town of Canmore.

The town of Banff is only a 20 minute drive from our home. You can 
enjoy their hot springs, boutique shopping or fine dining in the 
small town.

For any golf lovers, our home is just minutes away from 6 world 
class golf courses: Stewart Creek, Canmore Golf & Curling Club, 
Silvertip Golf Course, Banff Springs Golf Club, Brewster's 
Kananaskis Ranch Golf Resort and Kananaskis Country Golf Course. In 
the winter, since Canmore is nestled amongst the Rockies, there are 
many incredible ski resorts nearby: Nakiska (home to the 1988 
Olympics), Lake Louise, Sunshine,and Mt. Norquay. The Nordic Center 
of the 1988 Olympics, which is located in Canmore, offers miles of 
tracks to choose from for any cross-country skiers. 

Our 3 story, 3000 square foot home, sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. 
The lower level has cable TV with a DVD library, a gas fireplace, a 
bedroom and large bathroom and access to our two car heated garage.

The main floor has a gourmet kitchen with a large balcony looking 
out at te three sisters mountain range. There is a BBQ and patio 
furniture, so you can enjoy your meals outside on the warmer days. 
There is also a living room which has 28 foot high vaulted ceiling, 
a wood-burnin fire place and a view of the golf course and Lady 
McDonald mountain; a perfect spot to cozy up to read a book.

The upper level includes two bedrooms with queen size beds (crib 
available upon request) that share a large 3 piece bathroom.  There 
is also a master suite that has a spacious walk-in closet and a 
queen size bed. The view from all bedrooms is breath-taking at 
night, as you can watch the sunset behind the mountains. The en-
suite has two sinks as well as a large steam shower and a separate 
air jet soaker tub.
