This beautiful 5500 square foot private home on top of a bluff in a
gated community with semi private access to Lake Michigan right
across the driveway.
There are 4 bedrooms (one king bed; one queen bed, 3 full size beds
and two twins) and has two complete floors of living space. Main
level has huge great room with gas fireplace, island kitchen plus
dining room, 3 season porch and den, along with the master
bedroom/bath suite with whirlpool tub and a guest bath. The
lower level has 3 additional bedrooms, two full baths and two living
room areas as well as a small kitchenette.
The large deck has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, lots of outdoor
seating and a gas grill. Views of the lake can be seen from all of
the main floor rooms.  Lake access at the end of the driveway via 150 stairs and association beach use 700 yards south.

This home has central air/heating. It has a full service kitchen
with all the extras including tiled counter tops, microwave,
disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, a full complement of utensils,
dishes, cookware, silverware, and wet bar. All bed linens are
provided. You should bring your own beach towels. There is a gas
grill and patio furniture for the deck. The home is beautifully
decorated with a Tuscan flair! DIRECTV and broadband wireless internet
access is also available and the home has a phone for local calls
only. Other extras include , a full size washer/dryer and sound
system throughout the house and outside.

You can enjoy all that Lake Michigan has to offer! There are tennis
courts and walking paths within this private residencial community
and miles of bike and jogging paths very nearby. In addition we are
situated one block from Grand Haven Golf Course, and right in between
Kirk Park and Rosy Mound Preserve for those who love to hike the
dunes. Downtown Grand Haven is a 5 minute drive where you can enjoy
a great meal, see the musical fountain, shop or just enjoy the
lakefront.

May thru October rates are $2900.00 per week (check-in Monday and
checkout Sunday). Off season rental is available Oct - May with a 2 night minimum stay.
