This newly available LUXURY HOME has over 8000 square feet, 4 
bedrooms,4.5 baths in Grand Marina Villas Paradise Village.Living 
and dining rooms are professionally decorated with a stunning view 
of the pool, gardens and marina.The dining area seats 8 and the 
kitchen bar seats 4. Extra large outside terrace seats 14. 

Entertainment room is equipped with FLAT Widescreen HDTV and DVD& 
stereo. Master bedroom includes a King size bed and Jacuzzi along 
with Flat Widescreen HDTV and DVD. Second, third, fourth bedrooms 
have two queen-size beds. In the Villa you can comfortably sleep up 
to 14 guests and maybe someone passed out on the couch. Linens and 
towels provided with mid-week maid service at no cost to you. 

All bedrooms have private bathrooms,balcony,alarm clock, cable 
TV/DVD.Laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. The kitchen 
features granite countertops,all top-of-the-line appliances.It even 
has a electric juicer and blender for making you very own favorite 
beverages.Attached private covered two car carport.

You can rest and relax around the shared condo's pool over looking 
the wonderful Marina area. Just few steps from the Villa is a two 
story air-conditioned shopping mall.Here you'll find many fine 
businesses to shop in. There is gourmet/speciality dining, as well 
as fast food restaurants like Domino's,Mcdonalds,Subway and Baskin 
Robbins. Here you will also find a grocery store with pharmacy and 
liquor if you choose to dine in. There is also fine dining 
throughout the resort.Endless pleasures await you with no 
responsibilities.
