Master Bathroom: HUGE STEAMROOM:  14 x 14 ft of Tile and Glass. Within that room is a 10x10' Steamroom, Deep Spa Tub, 2 Full Shower Heads, 1 Handheld--We call it the conference room it's so big. The view from the large ventilated windows is towards the Hollywood Hills & Universal City. Bring your iPod for music ambiance while steaming or showering. Breathtaking.
Master Closet: Walk around the closet (to 3rd bedroom)-- Plenty of Drawers and places to hang everything. Custom shoe rack for lots of shoes and 2 pants racks.
3rd Bedroom or Office:
Talk about sunset views...Wow! Does not have it's own bathroom. Queen Bed extraordinarily cozy. HDTV. Access to front balcony where there is a glass door leading to the front of the home on the 2nd Story. It's a beautiful sunroom with airy drapes, a couch, chair and privacy. Sunsets and quiet chats happen here alot.
No Smoking in the Home--Outside on deck, balcony or gardens is fine. Smoking in home is a 15 yard penalty. Ashtrays provided outside. Central Heating & 2 A/C units (for each floor); 2 Fireplaces (1 Upstairs, 1 Downstairs ),

Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's: $2800 Per Week - 1 Week Minimum;  Up to 6 Persons.  Over 6 persons qualifies for a higher rate; under 3 night minimum qualifies for a higher rate.

Security Deposits, Housekeeping & Dog Fees:  $500 Security Deposit; $150 Housekeeping Charge; $20/Week Dog Charge.    

Payment Terms:  Half of full payment confirms reservation if booking more than 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellations: 50% of your entire stay is charged to your credit card or check upon receipt of your booking and is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to your occupancy. 100% is then non-refundable if cancelling within 30 days of your occupancy.  5% Credit Card fee will apply to overall total.  Checks welcome if over 30 days from arrival.
