Plan Ahead - This is truly a  Gorgeous 3BR/2BA Home with Pool & Spa.  2520 sq. ft. spacious home in foothills of Burbank above Glenoaks Boulevard - Hotels or condos just cannot compare to the comfort and beauty level of this open and great energy home.  If you are coming to Burbank for a vacation, to visit relatives, to Work, or need Executive Housing for someone special, this is a beautiful place to call home for the time you are in Los Angeles. 
This  home is in the Verdugo Mountains in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a very comfortable slice of heaven. Bamboo floors throughout the home adds elegance and visual interest.  Full Professional Stainless Kitchen with 48" Thermador 2-Oven beauty with 60" Hood, 2 separate sinks, 2-drawer dishwasher; Master Bedroom Suite with Fireplace, Bar Sink/Disposal & Refrigerator, Deck; Master Bathroom with Steamroom, deep tub Spa, 3 Showerheads. Bring your iPod to connect to Thermasol music environment. Magnificent views to Hollywood Hills and Universal City from shower. A one-of-a-kind experience.

Child(ren)* and/or your Dog are welcome. See rates for dogs.  The Owners are likely to be on property if in town working, separate entrance, separate lives with friendly dog named "Ears."  He likes kids and other dogs.  The in-ground 35' long/5' deep pool with attached in-ground jacuzzi is close to the guesthouse area.  Our guests have no limitations with the pool or spa or property.The Guesthouse area is where the pool is located.  There are no restrictions on pool/spa time and owners are happy to have you enjoy it. *Mom/Dad info: We do not have the pool or spa Safety Netted. Your littlest ones are at risk; however, there is a 4' wrought iron gate which separates two gardens/buildings which can be locked off.  Please know your child's abilities or
limitations.

Over the 6 person maximum $500 per night;  Under 3-Night Minimum $500 per night;  Entertaining over 6 persons $500 per night.  Entertaining is up to the discretion of the owner.

Parking is in a carport or on a safe street.

7 Minutes to-from Burbank Airport; 5-10 min. to ABC-NBC-CBS-Disney-Warner Bros-Universal-CartoonNetwork-Nickelodeon; 10 min. walk to Media District mall, restaurants and cinemas; 15 min. walk to Metro Rail; 5 min. up hill to DeBell Golf Course and Driving Range (Golf Clubs available); 17 min. to Downtown L.A. or Hollywood.

1st Floor:
Full Professional Stainless Steel Kitchen with Elite Stainless Refrigerator, 48" Thermador Double Oven, 4-Burner/Grill/Griddle with 60" Stainless Hood, 2-Drawer Stainless Dishwasher, Granite Countertops and Bar, Bamboo Floors, Microwave, All Cooking Utensils, Pots & Pans. Everything is here for the exotic and gourmet chef, but also a happy kitchen for a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee. Grand Room with 2-Way Fireplace (gas or wood) with Dining and Family areas; Library area; 1 King Bedroom; 1 Zen Bathroom-a wonderful place to contemplate; Wood Sliding Doors off the Grand Room lead to back garden areas where the gates and walls are high enough for your dog not to escape if you are bringing one.  Outside charcoal BBQ in garden. Pool and Spa are in the back of the property and at your disposal.  Summer Fun!

Master Bedroom Suite: Tropical in Design and Decorating. Fireplace with Gas Wall Switch Ignition, an excellent 31" Sony XBR-Wega Mounted HDTV; Sml Kitchen in Foyer with Bar Sink/Disposal, Refrigerator, Coffee, Dishes; French Doors which open to a deck in the Mediterranan-style for a.m sunrises and coffee.
Master Bathroom: 14 x 14 ft of Tile and Glass. Within that room is a 10x10' Steamroom, Deep Spa Tub, 2 Full Shower Heads, 1 Handheld--We call it the conference room it's so big. The view from the large ventilated windows is towards the Hollywood Hills & Universal City. Bring your iPod for music ambiance while steaming or showering. Breathtaking.
Master Closet: Walk around the closet (to 3rd bedroom)-- Plenty of Drawers and places to hang everything. Custom shoe rack for lots of shoes and 2 pants racks.
3rd Bedroom or Office:
Talk about sunset views...Wow! Does not have it's own bathroom. Queen Bed extraordinarily cozy. Access to front balcony where there is a glass door leading to the front of the home on the 2nd Story. It's a beautiful sunroom with airy drapes, a couch, chair and privacy. Sunsets and quiet chats happen here alot.
No Smoking in the Home--Outside on deck, balcony or gardens is fine. Smoking in home is a 15 yard penalty. Ashtrays provided outside. Central Heating & 2 A/C units (for each floor); 2 Fireplaces (1 Upstairs, 1 Downstairs ),
Double-Paned Wood Crank Windows through entire home, DSL & Lynksys Wireless, DirectTV with seasonal NFL Package.

Thanksgiving and Christmas - One Week Minimum

Add $250 Per Person Refundable Security Fee (refunded within 3 days after departure); $150 Housekeeping Fee; $25/Week Dog Charge; $250 Refundable Dog Cleaning Fee.  

*Over-6-Persons for Wedding or Baby Showers and activities, Dinner  Lunch Parties, Wedding activities.  Entertaining where more than 6 people will be attending Day or Night.

Half of full payment confirms reservation if booking more than 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations: 50% of your entire stay is charged to your credit card upon receipt of your booking and is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to your occupancy. 100% is then non-refundable if cancelling within 30 days of your occupancy.
