This newly built true "Beachfront" townhome is centrally located in
the prestigous, secured, gated resort of "Punta Esmeralda". With
amazing views of Puerta Vallarta, the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra
Madra mountains from every room or from the expansive terrace with
your own private jetted jacuzzi. The perfect spot to sip cocktails
and watch the sun set over PV. Puerta Vallarta airport and city is
20 minutes, shops, restaurants and activities are 5 minutes.
The resort has its own beachclub with restaurant and bar, 7
pools,a gym and full spa with services, children's playgound, tennis
courts, beach volleyball.
This spacious (2,900 sq.ft) well equipped unit is uniquely furnished
in a contempory but tropical style with original art work. The
kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all 3
bathrooms have solid slab marble countertops and showers.
Mom, its your vacation too! we can provide you with maid service
(daily or otherwise) you choose! A
chef who will shop, serve and cleanup or maybe do you just want some
grocery shopping done? No
