Vacation Rental Description

Casita Manzanillo is a new home in the Manzanillo Reef development, a
short walk from Manzanillo beach, and within easy walking distance of
shopping and services. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 1,200-square-foot house sleeps four in two air-conditioned
bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, the
second bedroom has two twin beds.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and
several other appliances. Other amenities include washer and dryer,
swimming pool, TV and DVD player, Apple iPod and stereo iPod player,
telephone and even an iron and an ironing board. Upstairs is a very
large rooftop deck and palapa with barbecue. Maid service three times
a week is included.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, fishing, touring, shopping, sunbathing, kicking back and
chilling out.

Vacation Rental Rates

November through April: $850 US per week; $3,000 per month
May through October: $650 US per week; $2,000 per month
50% deposit required to hold a reservation.
Balance payable 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
Payment can be made online through PayPal.
