Off-Peak Season(June/September dates not listed above): $1,200 USD per

OTHER Off-Peak Season: $900 USD per week. Available year-round. No
daily rentals during peak season
Monthly Rates are available based on calendar availability
Security Deposit ($250) is due 60 calendar days before occupancy
FULL Balance DUE 60 calendar days before occupancy
Reservation deposit of $250 ($150.00 for non-season) required to
secure week(s)
Reservation deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 calendar days
cancellation notice, 0% thereafter. Reservation deposit is applied
towards weekly rental fee & Security Deposit
