2013 Season Rates
Peak Season - June 21 through August 30 - $1,300 USD per week
September - $500 per week or will consider daily rentals (2 night minimum).
NOTES:
- Check-in time: Friday 3:00 P.M. Check-out time: Friday 10:00 A.M.
- Rates do not include the 7% state occupancy tax.
- Reservation/Security deposit of $250 per week is required to secure reservation.
- Full balance is due 60 calendar days before occupancy.
- Reservation/Security deposit is 100% refundable with 60 calendar days cancellation notice. When full balance is received, reservation deposit becomes security deposit. Security deposit will be returned after check out, minus any damages incurred during stay.
