Great covered porch with wonderful ocean views from a top level unit. Watch the sun rise from your porch and Thursday night fireworks during the summer season. Ocean Views from living room, bedroom & front open porch.

Peak Season - June 21 through August 30 - $1,400 USD per week
No daily rentals during peak season
September - $800 per week
NOTES:
- Check-in time: Friday 3:00 P.M. Check-out time: Friday 10:00 A.M.
- Security deposit ($250) is due 60 calendar days before occupancy
- FULL balance DUE 60 calendar days before occupancy
- Reservation deposit of $250 ($150.00 for non-season) required to secure week(s)
- Reservation deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 calendar days cancellation notice, 0% thereafter reservation deposit is applied towards weekly rental fee & security deposit
- "Booked" within the availability calendar means that I have
received and "processed" a reservation deposit for that week. A week
is available on the calendar until a deposit has been "received and
processed"
