Vacation Rental Description

Luxury 7 bedrooms vacation home in Emerald Island Resort features  
classic upscale furnitures, 2 master suites and 5 large size  
bedrooms all equiped with cable TV/AM/FM, sleep up to 18 people;  
private screened heated pool, spa, extended deck with beach chair  
and barbeque area; game room, large screen HDTV, DVD player,  
unlimited local and long distance phone.  
 
The first floor includes living room, family room, dining room,  
formal kitchin with breakfast area; master suite with private  
bathroom and spa; lundary room, game room and half bath. Walk out  
screened deck, pool, spa and barbecue area.  
 
The second floor includes second master suite with king size bed,  
additional bedrooms with one king, one queen and three twin beds  
rooms with additional two bathrooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa is located in the prestigous Emerald Island Resort. The  
resort itself offers club house with fitness center, arcade room and  
computer with internet access, large heated pool, spa, tennis  
courts, children's playgrounds and etc.

Activities and Attractions

It is centrally located in Disney area with minutes drive to Disney  
World Theme Parks, Universal Studio, Seaworld, close to golfing,  
fishing, airboat riding, premium outlet shopping, fine restaurants  
and etc.

The rate are subject to change depend on the the seasons, holidays  
and months. Please email or call for price. The cleaning fee($125)  
is included if rent six days or more. Pool heating is optional, $25  
per day. 
$300 security deposit is required upon booking and will be fully  
refund after rental complete. The full payment is due approximately  
4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
