and is just down the street from the Wigwam Golf Course.  Take a 
stroll to "Downtown Litchfield Park" to have a relaxing outdoor 
dinner, pick up a bottle of wine, or take advantage of the Red Door 
Salon and reserve a Spa Day.  Grocery stores, gas stations, banks, 
Blockbuster, and Starbucks are located just 1/2 mile away.  Retail 
shopping, restaraunts, the movie theatre & more are about 1 1/2 miles
away.  Within 20-30 minutes of Sky Harbor, Phoenix International

Rates subject to change during peak events (Nascar, Super Bowl, 
Fiesta Bowl, etc.)  Call for rates/availability during these events.

Fees Due:  1/2 due at time of booking, other 1/2 due 30 days prior 
to check in.  Refunds only given with a written 60 day advance 
cancellation notice.  Cleaning deposit of $250.00, $100 refundable 
if property is left in the same condition upon arrival.  $60.00 fee 
will apply for a lost fitness/parking card.
