are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound
from our large balconies and oversized covered deck. Enjoy relaxing

There are so many things to do! Go deep-sea fishing or scuba-diving
on the Oriskany just south of Pensacola Beach. Tour the amazing
Museum of Naval Aviation at Pensacola NAS. Golf the many
challenging area courses. Catch the beach trolley to Pensacola
Beach's many shops, restaurants, open-air concerts, night-spots and
other fun activities located just minutes down the beach. We are 10
minutes from The Andrews Institute and The Portofino Medical Spa in
Gulf Breeze. Historic Downtown Pensacola and the Pensacola Civic
Center are a short 20 minute drive. Or you may desire just to stay
home and count the stars from our open balcony.

-Security Deposit $750 at time of reservation.
-Full payment of rent due 30 days prior to reservation date.
-Deposit will be refunded after check-out and inspection of
home (usually within 5 days).
-Cancellations must be received and confirmed in writing no later
than 30 days prior to reservation date to receive full refund.
