Vacation Rental Description

Our Seabreeze Auoroa Venice Florida Beach Vacation is a roomy 3 bedroom house with a brand new  
electric heated pool and screened in patio. Our house sleeps 10 people. AND, we've just added a LCD  
TV and tile floors in our living room plus high speed and wireless cable Internet for guests who  
bring their laptop. 
 
Located on Venice island and only a 5 block walk to the Venice FL beach, the Seabreeze House is the  
perfect Venice Florida beach house vacation rental. Surrounded by gardens and and a screened in  
heated pool and patio, the Seabreeze is a very large Florida house featuring 3 large bedrooms and 2  
full bathrooms. It even has a fenced in back yard for privacy. 
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The  
second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2  
twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, it has a separate living room, a dining  
room and a beautiful sunroom that contains relaxing chairs as well as 2 sofa beds (sleeps up to 4  
people). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have  
showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. 
 
Our living room features tile fllors with a very nice couch and recliner chair, LCD TV, kitchen  
appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge  
chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled  
with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. Our Florida  
vacation rental house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course  
electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. 
 
Note: This home is personally owned by Steve and Sara Milo and is managed by Vacation Rental Pros  
Property Management LLC. Steve Milo is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent for Vacation Rental  
Pros LLC.  House Sleeps 10. Note: Pool is heated by brand new Gulf Stream 1000 Turbo electric  
heater.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, airconditioning, ceiling fans, electric heat, and  
a washer & dryer. Plus, a brand LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including;  
dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / new  
central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are  
not included.

Activities and Attractions

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Venice and a few  
minutes more to Sharky's seafood restaurant and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at  
night and watch the sunset. If you have a dog, it is a short walk to Venice's famous dog beach -  
Brohard Paw Park. 
 
Our Florida beach holiday rentals is close to the popular 27 hole Venice Florida Public golf course.  
Also, the beach home is about 15 blocks to downtown Venice Florida - which can be a very nice walk  
or a short car ride. 
 
Our Venice Florida beach vacation villa is located at 100 Aurora Way West in Venice Florida. To view  
on Mapquest or Mapblast, please type in : 100 Aurora Way West, Venice, FL. (On Mapquest the Venice  
Beach is called "Service Club Park". Actually, it is Venice Beach Club and features a small car  
parking area, bathrooms, water drinking fountains and soda machines. It is really nice. And, best of  
all this beach is a 3 minute walk to the Venice Pier and the very popular Sharkey's restaurant.  
Note: The nearby Venice airport is for small crafts and pilot training and only runs during  
daylight. It is a cute little airport and there is a nearby restaurant.)
