condo rentals overlook the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a 
stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. 

Best of all, all of our condos include FREE access to a heated ocean-
front pool, a second large heated pool with a gradual slope for 
kids, a "water splash zone" for kids, a brand new fitness center, a 
game room, a jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and 
jogging trails. 

AND, all of our Palm Coast Florida condos are just a few steps away
from cinnamon colored sand of Ocean Hammock’s private beach.  

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 545 in the Ocean Hammock Beach 
Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of 
Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). 

This is in Cinnamon Beach building 5, corner unit (4th floor of a 
six story building). We also manage in the same buidling 5 at 
Cinnamon Beach condo 565 (sixth floor), condo 564 (next door), 563 
(same floor) and 551 (5th floor), 523 (2nd floor) and 521 (2nd 
floor).

Relax on a private patio overlooking the beach. Step inside to the 
living room and enjoy a 61 inch HD TV and entertainment system. 
Located on the 4th floor, this single-level floor plan is accessible 
by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of 
exquisitely detailed living space. As you enter the foyer you are 
greeted by 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior 
thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the 
hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean and the 61 
inch HD TV. 

The large oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any 
guest. With comfortable chairs that can accommodate guests, this may 
be the only place you dine during your vacation. 

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet 
kitchen full of amenities. There is also a breakfast nook 
effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The 
kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular 
ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, 
family gatherings or anything in between. The living room has 
generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the 
breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment 
center and 61 inch HD TV. 

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The 
master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from 
which you can watch TV (DVD & VCR too) or enjoy ocean views. The 
master bath has separate vanities, a large tub, and a separate 
shower stall. Down the hallway are two beautifully decorated & 
comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath plus TVs 
with DVD players. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2) and TV 
and DVD/VCR player. The 3rd bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2) and a 
TV and DVD/VCR player. Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper 
sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size 
washer and dryer. 

Note: Only well behaved dogs allowed. Owners are allergic to cats 
and they are not allowed under any circumstances. This condo is

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different 
clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a

playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the 
fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded 
environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to
