FIRST FLOOR:  On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (Both King size Beds) Large Den area with Flat Screen Television and Queen sleeper sofa, Full size Kitchen and Washer and Dryer accommodations. This is a separate apartment area that can provide privacy and additional room for your group.

SECOND FLOOR: The main house starts out on the second floor with 3 bedrooms and a large laundry room.

First bedroom:  2 bunk beds,  single beda on top & double beds on the bottom, which can provide sleeping for 6 in this room alone.

Third Bedroom:      King Size bedroom with Private bathroom

THIRD FLOOR: The main living area is located on the third floor. It comprises of a large kitchen area, a 12 foot table which can accommodate 14 people at one time, a separate den area with a 42” Flat Screen TV/DVD, a Queen Sleeper sofa, a stereo system, and outdoor deck with beautiful gulf views and seating available. 

Fifth Bedroom:   King Size bedroom with semi private bathroom.

Fourth Floor:      Large Roof top Deck and mini bar area that has gulf views for miles....Incredible !
