Oceanside Duplex, walk to the newly expanded beach in Surf City

Oceanside Duplex just THIRD OFF OCEANFRONT. Can't beat the location for getting to the beach, no
streets to
cross. This home is very nicely located on a wide street in Surf City. There is ample offstreet
parking. The first
floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. Two rooms with full beds, and a third with singles. A new
pull out sofa
is in the family room. Upstairs has OCEAN VIEWS! Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen, and
another with
bunks to sleep 4 children, also a new pull out sofa.

This home is within walking distance to several restaurants, an internet cafe, deli, pharmacy and
pizza place.
Also several local shops for browsing.

Long Beach Island has so much to offer. If your into just relaxing with the family that's fine.
There are many
activities nearby for all ages. Plenty of fishing, marinas close by for renting boats for all types
of fishing as well
as crabbing, jetskiing, crabbing, water skiing, or group fishing boats. Beach Haven has a large
waterpark, and
amusements for younger children. Lots of shopping. Rent bikes, Kayaks, surfboards etc. There is a
lot of
community events throughout the summer in different towns along the island as well as antique, craft
and art
shows. Visit Barnegat Inlet and throw out a pole, stroll the jetty or climb to the top of the
lighthouse.

There are many interesting golf coursed from 10 minutes to 30 minutes away.
Atlantic City is just a short 35 minutes down the parkway.....

This home has two gas grills(one for each floor), an outside shower. Outdoor deck and patio
furniture.
Both bathrooms have been redone. All dishes and cookware, newer furniture, pillows, blankets,
ironing board,
toaster, coffe maker, window a/c units. VCR, two tv's per unit, CD player. All utilities are
included in the rent.
Linens must be supplied by the renter, however, there is a service now on the island for your
convenience.
