bedrooms and a large deck off the living room/dining area with 2
steps to the lake and a 10'X 26' covered dock with a swim platform
and ladder. Quiet area in great cove, house sides to Seasons Ridge
Golf Course and Common Ground.

Home has cable television, DVD and VCR, washer and dryer, central
heating and air conditioning, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen,
linens and internet access. The water service is city water.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area.

Close to the strip, golf, Lodge of the Four Seasons, Many great
Restaurants, Wal-Mart, The Osage Beach Outlet Mall, Toad Cove
Complex- location of the up-coming National Boat races, Go-Carts,
Putt-Putt Golf, Parasailing and wave-runner and boat rental.
Private Swimming area in a private cove setting and great fishing

2006-2007 In Season Rates (May 1 thru September 3rd.)
$250.00/night or $1500.00/week (7th night is free)
(September 4th thru September 30th)
2008-2009 Off Season Rates (January 1 thru April 30) and
(October 1 thru December 31)
$175.00/night or $1050.00/week (7th night is free)
There will be a cleaning fee of $75.00 on all rentals 3 nights
or less.
There will be Missouri State Sales Tax of 7.975% and
Tri-County Lodging Tax of 3% in addition to the rental fees.
A deposit fee of one nights rent is due to hold the date.
All rental fees are due 2 weeks ahead of arrival if paying by check
or 1 week if paying by cash or money order unless other arrangements
have been made with the owner.
There will also be an additional $100.00 deposit for any pets.

to change without notice.
