and is ideally situated on the CR54 Ronald Regan Parkway just a few
minutes from the 192. Championsgate with its golf courses,
supermarket, restaurants etc. is a couple of minutes away. Disney
is under 10 mins from our estate.
Our three bedroom home on Sunridge Woods, is tastefully decorated
has recently had all new furniture, bedding, etc.
The house has some of the best views around, being on a quarter acre lot you are not
close to neighbors
The home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a further bathroom.
Bedroom layout is 1 King, 1 Full and 1 twin bedroom. All have tv?s
and walk in closets.
The house is fully air-conditioned with a fully fitted and equipped
kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer plus all the
utensils to cook a large meal!
We also have a utility area with tumble dryer and washing machine,
iron and ironing board.
The house boasts vaulted ceiling in the living area with ceiling
fan, in addition there is a dining area and breakfast bar. The
living area has a 52 inch Cable TV, VCR, hi fi, playstation2/dvd
with games and selection of dvds.
The living area overlooks the large south facing private swimming
pool and lush conservation. If you look out you may see the rabbits
playing outside the pool area or even blue cranes.
The master bedroom has 27 inch TV, king size bed, ceiling fan,
ensuite with large closet.
The other two bedrooms share a full size bathroom and both have tv?s.
There is also a computer with broadband free to use.
Due the house being on a quarter acre plot and overlooking
conservation you can relax by the stunning south facing pool and
not be disturbed by homes nearby. The pool area has plenty of
sunbeds,table chair etc.
At Night time if you wish to swim, it is not a problem due to the
pool can be lit at night. We can offer free Solar pool heating or
Electric Pool heating is available at an extra cost for the cooler
months.
The pool doors are alarmed for children's safety and extra locks are
added.
The house is on over a quarter of an acre plot, so there is plenty
of room for children to play safely.
The home has plenty of towels, spare bedding linen etc, hair dryers
are provided and there is a travel cot and highchair all free to use.
For added enjoyment there is a pool table and dart board with safety
darts in the garage.

We have a fantastic managment company who are on 24 hour call.
The key is at the villa so no need to go hunting for a managment
office to pick the key up.
