Bike, canoe, fish from your private dock, or just relax on your spacious (10' x 24') lanai & enjoy morning coffee watching the fish jump or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset. Feel like beachin' it? Walk to Fort Myers Public Beach/Pier or Times Square for shopping, restaurants, & nightly entertainment.
This almost NEW, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is only a short walk to Fort Myers Public Beach. Living room has overstuffed comfy sofa and chair, TV, DVD player and CD stereo adjacent to formal dining room that comfortably seats six people, with an additional dining area on the back lanai. The kitchen is well appointed with all the amenities and comforts of home. Whip up some delicious meals for guests in the kitchen or BBQ outside on the grill.
Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV and DVD player and walk-in closet. Spacious master bathroom has double sinks with a shower. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and own TV and guest bathroom has a tub and shower. Also, home has a full size washer and dryer. Central heat and air with ceiling fans in the master and living area.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Walk or ride the 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Swim with the Dolphins and manatees or enjoy the public pool and waterpark. Search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski or parasail rentals are just minutes away. Also you can enjoy a day or night on a Casino boat, or just boat or fish right off of your private dock with the canoe and fishing poles we provide! Venture off a little further to museums, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, The Shell Factory, Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy Excursions, Dog Races, Professional Baseball and Hockey.
While we do not allow smoking in the house, you may feel free to smoke anywhere outside. This comfortable home is kid & small pet friendly and in a great location. You will be close enough to restaurants and bars but far enough for peace and quiet as your days drift by on your tropical vacation. We do whatever we can to make your stay a success.
