• 8 Two bedroom, two bathroom polynesian-style condominium villas located in a lush 7 acre tropical garden setting.
• Features include a full-size modern kitchen with all the appliances and conveniences of home, an extra large master bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite featuring a new walk-in shower. The lower bedroom has twin beds and a second private bathroom with new bathtub and
  shower and full-size washer/dryer. 
• The spacious sunken living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom all
  feature vaulted ceilings and tropical ceiling fans
  to take advantage of the cooling trade winds of Poipu.
• The extra large lanai is an added bonus allowing you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful gardens and resident tropical birds.
• The condo villas are equipped with all the amenities to make your vacation as compfortable and enjoyable as possible including cable TV plus VCR, DVD, CD. Recreation equipment may include boogie boards, golf clubs, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc.
• Some villas have broadband and/or wifi connectivity.  Wifi is available at the clubhouse building.

• Swimming pool, tennis court.
• Nicely furnished recreation building for reading, relaxing, internet connection and a library of books to borrow while you relax by the pool in the new lounges and chairs at poolside and on the terrace.
• Covered patio/terrace area next to swimming pool and clubhouse has two gas barbeques and three large dining tables and there is table tennis for your enjoyment.
• The pool side Women's and Men's changing/bathrooms each have a shower and sauna.
• Walk through the tropical gardens and enjoy the palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, lawai ferns, areca palms and countless other varieties of plants, flowers and trees.
• Listen and look for the many varieties of birds that make the Crater their home.
• Poipu Crater itself was called Piha ke Kua or “Place full of Gods” which was a sanctuary from nature’s storms and human retribution dating back to the 15th century.  Further, the natural volcanic crater is said to have been formed by the foot of the Goddess Pele when she formed the Hawaiian Islands.  
• This sanctuary still exists today as a haven of beauty and tranquility tucked away in the heart of Poipu Beach.

• It is just a short walk to Poipu's many fine beaches where every sort of water sport can be found.  Equipment for water activities is readily available for rent at Poipu area beaches. 
• It is possible to walk for miles along the coast and beaches and sand dunes, many of which have a rich history with the Polynesian people.

  countless other sand, sun and water activities are just a short stroll away.

Rates Details:

• Low Season Rates (May-June & Sep-Oct)= $155/night (1 week);$135/night (2
  weeks);$125/night (3 weeks); $105/night (4+ weeks).
• Mid Season Rates  (Nov-April & July-August) = $175/night (1 week
  minimum); $155/night (2 weeks); $145/night (3 weeks); $125/night (4+ weeks)
• High Season (Winter Holiday) Rates (December 15 through January 05) = $175 per night; 10 night minimum booking including Christmas and New Years. 
• Minimum nights Low and Mid Seasons = 5 nights.
• Minimum nights High Season (Winter Holidays) = 10 nights.
