Vacation Rental Description

Available starting March 1, 2008.

This is our home away from home and we have furnished it tastefully and with quality and comfort in 
mind . We 
hope you will enjoy it as much as we do during our visits to this beautiful Gulf Coast resort.

Our unit has the most attractive 1 BR floor plan in this brandnew, 31-story, high-rise resort. It is 
spacious, bright and 
both the living area (including kitchen and dining area) as well as the master bedroom boast 
wonderful 
expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and offer access to the private, 30' wide balcony through 8'+ 3-
panel-sliding doors.

All interior walls are painted in a warm hue of orange to create a cozy upbeat living space. The 
ceilings are 9' high with crown moldings in the living room and kitchen. Except for the 
master bedroom floor, all floors are tiled. The unit is located on the 18th floor and "tucked away in 
a private hallway but at the same time conveniently close to the high-speed elevators and emergency 
stairs.

The interior is furnished with practical comfort and convenience in mind. The micro-
suede sectional in the living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a chaise for 
lounging/sleeping. The leather armchair converts into a very comfortable recliner. The entertainment 
scenter has a 42", flat-panel, wall-mounted TV with DVD player and tuner with great surround sound. 
We've stocked DVDs and books for your entertainment.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, baking, and dining with a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer 
with 
icemaker and water dispenser, ceramic cooktop oven combo, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee 
maker, 
blender, electric water heater, electric can opener, toaster, pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware, 
flatware, baking 
accessories and more and a pantry for food and household item storage. The dark granite countertops 
offer 
plenty of work space and the raised breakfast bar easily accommodates 4 for dining. We also like to 
work there with our laptops. Two pub tables and four stools offer additional seating.

The master bedroom is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the ocean through wide, 8' sliding 
doors. It boasts a king-size bed with a very comfortable memory-foam mattress and also has a 
sitting/reading corner with a large chair and ottoman. This room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying 
the panorama and sounds of the ocean outside. A 26", flat-panel TV with built-in DVD-player offers 
alternative entertainment options. Of course, there is a private master bath and large closet.

The bunk room has solid, regular-sized wood bunk beds with high-quality memory-foam mattresses that 
are also suitable and comfortable for adults. It also has a closet and it's own, private full bath 
which features a stacked washer and dryer set.

All pillows, linens, blankets, towels are provided.

There are telephones in the living room and bedroom for unlimited local calls (but long-distance 
bloc).

Activities and Attractions

There are many possibilities for entertainment and activities nearby. Tidewater Beach Resort is 
located within 
walking distance of the new and exciting Pier Park district - the new center of gravity for shopping, 
entertainment and dining in West Panama City Beach and neighboring areas (Laguna Beach, Ft. Walton) 
which 
will officially be opened in February 08.

A 20 minute beach walk takes you to the City Pier which is a great spot for fishing and watching 
dolphins.

Gulf World, the popular marine park is only minutes away from Tidewater as are Zoo World, Frank Brown 
Park 
and many other attractions offering a wide variety of outdoor and indoor activities.

FL tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $95/week will be added.

We have ON-SITE property management services (ResortQuest) for convenient check-in, check-out and 
payment. Please call or email us to obtain a special reservation line number and booking code for our 
unit.

Spring II Rate (March 15 - April 11)                                = $1008/week 
Summer I Rate: (May 22 - August 09)                            = $1246/week
Summer II Rate: (August 10 - August 31)                      = $833/week
Fall I Rate: (Sept. 01 - Oct. 31, 2008)                            = $721/week
Fall II/Winter Rate: (Nov. 01 - Dec. 31)                          = $518/week


Payment Method: Credit Card - details will be communicated through our property management company at 
time of booking.

Check in is after 3:00 pm of your arrival date.
Check out is by 10:00 am of your departure date.

We hope you will feel comfortable and content in our home and enjoy your vacation there. We want to

you the respect you deserve and expect the same in return. If there are any issues, please make sure 
to let us 
know so we can take care of them for you.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking anywhere. Tidewater is a non-smoking resort. 

Persons under 25 have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is Tidewater Beach Resort 
policy and 
non-negotiable.
