This is our home away from home and we have furnished it with quality, comfort and convenience in
mind.
Our unit features the most popular 1.5 BR floor plan on the coast. The spacious master bedroom suite
AND the kitchen and living room offer wonderful, expansive views of the ocean through floor-to-
ceiling sliding doors - which also offer access to the generously sized balcony (30'). You are always
at the beach, whether you leave the condo during your visit or not. Enjoy the sights and sounds of
the ocean and its marine wildlife whether you sleep, relax, cook or entertain.

Our 923' condo interior is painted in a warm hue of orange and feels cozy yet upbeat. It is "tucked
away in a private hallway on the 18th floor which gives it additional privacy. It is also only steps
away from high-speed elevators and emergency exits.

The micro-suede sectional couch in the living room consists of a queen sleeper sofa and chaise
combination, and both are very comfortable to lounge and sleep on. The leather armchair converts into
a very comfortable recliner. You won't want to get out of it. The entertainment center has a 42", flat-
panel, wall-mounted TV with DVD player and tuner with surround sound system. We've stocked DVDs,
books and games for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking, baking, and dining with a side-by-side refrigerator with
freezer, icemaker and filtered water dispenser, ceramic cooktop oven range, built-in microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric water heater, electric can opener, toaster, pots, pans,
glassware (including wine glasses), dinnerware, flatware, baking accessories and more. There is
a pantry for food and household items. The dark granite countertops provide plenty of work space
and the raised breakfast bar easily accommodates 4 persons for dining with extra room to spare. Two pub tables and four stools offer additional seating - they can easily be moved
around and rearranged as needed.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a very comfortable memory-foam mattress and also has a
sitting/reading corner with a comfortable chair and ottoman. It has a 27", flat-panel TV with built-in
DVD-player, a quiet Hunter fan, black-out curtains and, of course, a private master bath and large
closet.

The bunk room (= "0.5" bedroom) has solid, wooden twin-sized bunk beds with high-quality memory-foam
mattresses which are suitable for adults. The room has a closet and offers private access to the
second full bath which also contains a stacked washer and dryer set.

All pillows, linens, blankets, towels are provided.

There are many possibilities for entertainment and activities nearby. Tidewater Beach Resort is
located within a short walking distance of the new and exciting Pier Park district - the new center of
gravity for shopping, entertainment and dining in Panama City Beach-West and neighboring towns. A 10 minute beach walk takes you to City Pier which is a great spot for
fishing and watching dolphins and directly opposite Pier Park.

Several great golf courses, a public library, the Panama City Beach tourist office, Frank Brown Park (boasting a state-of-the art aquatic center, lighted tennis courts, a generous number of professional ball fields, attractive playground for little ones, picnic areas), Gulf World Marine Park, Zoo World, Ripley's Museum and other attractions are closeby, too.

New Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Bay County, FL is approx. 15 min. away from Tidewater Beach Resort. Quick and convenient access via Hwy 79.

The area around Tidewater Beach Resort offers many outdoor and indoor attractions for all ages and interests. It's a wonderful year-round vacation destination for the young and young-at-hearts.
