from this ocean-front hi-rise.  Living room has TV/DVD player, and 
main bedroom has a tv also.  Both bedrooms each have a queen size 
bedroom set with a nearby bathroom.  This unit comes with a 
convenient assigned indoor garage parking spot.  Monthly rate 
includes utilities, basic cable TV, DSL internet service, and local 
phone.  Building has private beach access to the Atlantic Ocean,
or enjoy the large heated swimming pool.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 Month minimum rental required (non-smokers please):
3-5 months: $3,200 per month
6-11 consecutive months:  $2600 per month
12 month rental rate:  $2,000 per month

$100 application fee per adult required by Condo Assn. (married 
couple counts as one adult)

Security Deposit for rentals less than 6 mos:  $1,000
($500 for condo, $500 for condo assn. common areas)
Security Deposit for rentals 6 mos - 12 mos:  1 month rental rate, 
plus $500 for condo assn. common areas)
***Rates include utilities, direct tv, dsl internet, and local phone.

11% state & local tax is added on rentals under 6 mos per Florida 
law.
