6-11 consecutive months: $2600 per month
12 month rental rate: $2,000 per month

$100 application fee per adult required by Condo Assn. (married
couple counts as one adult)

Security Deposit for rentals less than 6 mos: $1,000
($500 for condo, $500 for condo assn. common areas)
Security Deposit for rentals 6 mos - 12 mos: 1 month rental rate,
plus $500 for condo assn. common areas)

11% state & local tax is added on rentals under 6 mos per Florida
law.
