all: More than 2400 square feet. Handicap access possible. Come down the flower garden walkway
and a lion's head water fountain greets visitors and guests as they approach the main entrance.
Just inside the French doors, the grand cathedral ceiling is accented with fans and chandeliers.
Full windows line the bright and spacious 900 square-foot family room with spectacular views of the
lake. The river rock, gas-log fireplace adds charm and warmth to the great room for any of those
chilly evenings. The updated kitchen features a ceramic tile floor, granite countertop, microwave,
blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and stove
with self-cleaning oven! All three bedrooms feature king size beds, add the two sofa sleepers and
this property can accommodate sleeping for 12. The front bathroom has a full tub with sliding
shower doors, granite countertop and tile floor. Second bathroom also has a granite countertop with
fully tiled shower stall. The family room features an oversized sectional leather sofa for viewing
the entertainment center with 40" TV equipped with satellite hook-up, and an indoor and separate
outdoor stereo systems! Listen to your favorite music while sitting out on the patio, enjoying the
breeze. You may want to bring your favorite DVDs to watch in the evening. The back bedroom has its
own TV and stereo system, too. Close the door and separate yourself (or the kids) from the rest of
the group! Head outside under the patio cover, to the huge gas barbeque grill which has a cook top
surface big enough to cook the whole meal at once. Chairs and benches along the lakefront deck
offer outdoor seating for the whole group. Ambient lighting for those evenings outside on the
patio and deck set the property apart from the rest! Your first pot of Coffee is provided for your
first morning at the lake! Make it yourself the way you like it! All cooking utensils, pots and
pans provided. Plates, glasses and flatware service for 20 included. Basic spices for cooking are
provided. All linens are furnished! Bath towels, kitchen towels, sheets. Utility room inside
the house has full-sized washer and dryer with side sink! House has central air and heat, and the
gas burning fireplace for winter. One power boat lift provided in a covered slip at the boat house
with your paid weekly rental, so bring your own boat. Large, oversized swing is right around the

Easy to find, but out of the way. Smoking permitted outside of the house only, and no pets, please,
without owner's prior written consent. (Mention this before you place your deposit.) Minimum age for
the responsible renter is 25 years old. No loud parties permitted. Owner lives next door year-

Swim and play in the water right off the end of the dock! Water is accessible by ladder or stairs.
Great for swimming due to shallow area with sandy bottom, free of debris between boat house and
fishing dock. No lifeguards on duty. Fishing for catfish is excellent right here off the dock
without a boat. Bring your boat, jet skis, inner tubes, fishing poles, kayak or canoe. We also have
a kayak or catamaran for rent for an additional charge, plus huge DVD library of movies available to
rent. Area movie theater, Wal-Mart and HEB grocery store nearby. Bait, ice, beer, sodas and small
grocery within 2 miles either direction. Several great area restaurants. Some brochures are
provided at the property. Bring your own binoculars and watch for the bald eagles! Ask about our

All rentals are from Wednesday 4 PM check-in to Wednesday 10 AM check-out.
Winter Rates: $650/wk.+ $325 security deposit from September 3rd to April 1st.
Summer Rates: $750/wk.+ $375 security deposit from April 1st to September 3rd (Labor Day).
Major holidays: Rates are $1,000/wk.+ $500 security property deposit required to reserve.
This includes Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and
New Year's Eve/Day. Security Deposit is one-half of the rental rate and must be received to reserve
your vacation rental week. Example: When renting a summer week, the required security deposit will
be one-half of the $750/wk rate - $375 - which must be received to confirm your reservation. Full
payment due upon Wednesday check-in. Security deposits will be refunded within 7 days after
vacating the property, upon approval of the condition of the property.
Cancellation of Holiday week without 48-hour notice will forfeit security deposit in full.
