Vacation Rental Description

This 2006 3 bedroom Jasmine Model Designer home has been 
beautifully furnished from Southern Lifestyles.  The Village of 
Caroline property is a 15-20 minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing Town 
Square, the Village of Caroline heated pool and Coconut Cove 
Recreation Center.

The large Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed/dresser/night stands 
and color TV + a huge walk-in closet.  The Master Bath has been 
upgraded with a cherry double vanity/sink, large walk-in tiled 
shower w/seat.

The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed/dresser/night stand and a 
double closet.  The 3rd bedroom also has a double closet + a day bed + dresser
for reading or relaxing and converts into 2 twins at night for 
sleeping. The 2nd bath has a bathtub/shower combo + cherry vanity.

The tropical themed eat-in kitchen seats 4 and has lots of counter 
space, a bay window, cherry cabinets, tile floor and is fully 
equipped with all amenities to make your stay enjoyable.  The LR/DR 
combo has a color TV  and VCR+DVD player, a CD player /radio & they are 
all housed in a beautiful cherry entertainment center. A large, 
comfortable sofa and loveseat/end tables are sure to make this room 
your favorite place to relax.  The glass pedestal DR table 
comfortably seats 6.

A 9 ft. sliding glass door off the LR provides an entrance to the 
screened-in Lanai where you can enjoy a beverage or coffee on the 
loveseat /2 chairs /coffee table plus a Bistro table & chairs for 
outdoor dining.  Gas grill is also provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central heat and air conditioning; 2 phones + answering machines; 
cable TV w/3 color TV’s; DVD/VCR player; CD player + radio; fully 
equipped kitchen w/dishes, glasses pots, pans, utensils;  microwave, 
gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker, garbage disposal, 
washer/dryer (w/inside laundry room) + towels & linens; garbage pick-
up and lawn care are included.

Activities and Attractions

Golf – Golf – and more Golf!!  For a $50 Village Amenity ID Fee you 
are entiled to the privileges of a homeowner and may also play on 
the 8 Championship Courses (available for a small additional fee) 
18  Executive Golf courses (Free)………The Villages is a 55+ Golf Cart 
Community and there are places nearby to rent a cart if you wish.

In addition to golf there are plenty of other things to do – 32 
heated swimming pools, boccie ball, pickle ball, tennis, horseshoes, 
basketball, billiard tables, fishing, softball, shuffleboard, 
movies, bowling!!  Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space 
Center, Sea World, and the beaches on both coasts are within easy 
driving distance from The Villages.

Lake Sumter Landing Town Square is within walking distance from the 
house and is located on a 400 acre lake and has restaurants (for 
lakeside dining), shops, movie theatres and live entertainment 
nightly where you will find everyone dancing and having a ball!  

Also enjoy the Polo Stadium with exciting international matches 
during the polo season and The Savannah Center which offers live 
plays & productions - computer access is also available at The 
Savanah Center.

In addition, there is the Spanish Springs Town 
Square which is just a short drive and also offers live 
entertainment nightly and even more shops, restaurants, movies, etc.
