Private Paradise in Belleair Beach

This is perhaps the most beautiful and private location on Belleair
Beach. There are only eight units in this tropical paradise. This
is a 1400 sq. ft. 2 bedroom end unit with plenty of windows and six
glass door sections overlooking the pool and the gulf. Watch the
sunset from your Living room or step out onto the huge private patio
and have a seat. Better yet, take a few more steps beyond the patio
and you're on the sand! This place is a dream! Visit once and you
will want to come back every year. Everything is close-by but just far
enough to keep this paradise nice and quiet. This is a place to relax
with your family in a non-congested location. But not to fear, if you
wish to venture out beyond this peaceful setting, Clearwater Beach
(party beach) is 8 minutes north. All the restaurants you will need
are north and south of your location... just 5 to 10 minutes away.
This is truly a five star location. The only thing missing is room
service... trust me you won't miss it

-PLEASE READ- Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. A
$500.00 reservation deposit is due within 15 days of making
reservation. The 500.00 is applied to your balance. Balance is due in
full 40 days prior to arrival date. No refunds on cancellations made
less than 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Please add
7% sales tax on the rental fee. Also add the $95.00 cleaning fee. We also take a 300.00 Security Deposit. This is given back to you after your stay.
