bedroom has 2 twin beds. Spacious front porch at the entry and high ceilings gives this apartment a unique 
tropical ambiance.

This property is located just 200 meters from the beach and within walking distance to the best hotels, casinos, 
restaurants, lounges, bars, boutiques, churches, synagogues, 24 hour supermarket and drug stores, museums, 
performing arts center and many other amenities and tourist attractions. It is only 7 minutes away from the 
airport and just about the same from the Old City of San Juan. 

Common areas include a large Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Property is secured and gated. There is limited free 
parking within the facilities. Villa is fully equipped with a/c, cable TV, kitchen, drinking and eating utensils, 
towels, etc.
