Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful oceanfront with great balconies off the master 
bedroom and living room.  This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath 
condo is located in Daytona Beach Shores on A1A one block south of 
the Dunlawton Bridge that crosses the Intercoastal Waterway, which 
is 5 miles south of Daytona and 5 miles north of the picturesque 
Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.  The condo faces the ocean with beautiful 
wide beaches.  This is on a "drive" beach.  The unit is on the 3rd 
floor of a 7 story building and there is also a balcony on the west 
side of the building for sunset views.  

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king 
size bed and a large dressing room with direct access to the master 
bath.  There are hugh sliding doors to a balcony that overlooks the 
pool and ocean.  

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with lots of storage and a TV.  
There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room so the condo 
can sleep up to 6 guests.  (We prefer 4) This condo has been 
renovated in the last year and has a fully equiped kitchen including 
a full size stove/oven, fridg with ice maker, dish washer, toaster, 
toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender and all pots, dishes, 
etc.  

There is an assigned enclosed garage with automatic opener and open 
parking for guests. 

The building is very secure with a keyed entry.  It is well 
maintained with maintenance staff on duty and has a lobby that can 
be reserved for private parties. It is located less than one block 
from the Dunlawton Bridge over the Intercoastal Waterway and there 
is a 7-Eleven across the street for your convenience! 

This is a non-smoking unit.  No pets are allowed by the condo 
association.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Pool, Children's Pool, TV in living room and 2nd bedroom, VCR-
DVD in living room.  Fully equiped kitchen with full size 
stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster and toaster 
oven, pots, dishes, linens.  There is a washer and dryer located on 
each floor, an elevator, luggage carts, grocery carts, assigned 
garage. A gas grill may be reserved in the office.  All rooms have 
cieling fans.

* Fishing (There is a great bait shop across the street)  Charter

steps from the condo)
* Daytona International Speedway (15 minutes)
* Jackie Robinson Stadium hosts the Daytona Cubs (20 minutes)
* Disney and theme parks (90 minutes)
* Kennedy Space Center (45 minutes)
* St. Augustine (45 minutes)

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rental or longer only; any rental of less than one month 
will be charged the monthly rate.  All rates are subject to 12.5% 
state and local taxes.

Owner pays electric (over $100.00 per month), water, cable and 
basic telephone service.  

Refundable security and electric deposit of $500.00.   
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $80.00
