Vacation Rental Description

This 5-bedroom/4-bath 3-level Beachfront Villa has the Sea of Cortez 
in its front yard, and sand coming up to the private swimming pool, 
swim up bar, and shaded patio.  It has an excellent location on the 
beach between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas, and is close to 
restaurants, shopping, and town.  The first level has 800 sq.ft., 2-
bedrooms/1bath with a queen size bed and a double bed, full kitchen 
with all appliances and utensils.  The second level has 1300 sq.ft., 
2-bedrooms/2-baths with 2 twins that can be pushed together for one 
king, and a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 
toaster, blender, coffee maker, and balcony with lounge chairs.  The 
top level is 500sq.ft., 1- bedroom/1bath with a queen-sized bed and 
full kitchen.  There is also a fold-out bed for sleeping in a pinch.
